Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

RepFlow is a BigCommerce app that helps merchants attribute orders to sales representatives and track commission amounts. This policy explains what information RepFlow collects, how it is used, and how merchants can request support or deletion.

Information we collect

When a merchant installs RepFlow, we collect the BigCommerce store hash, OAuth access token, installation metadata, app plan, and configuration settings needed to operate the app. Where a store owner grants additional control-panel users access to RepFlow, we also record those users' BigCommerce user ID and email address so that access can be revoked when the owner removes them.

RepFlow may also process order details from BigCommerce, including order ID, customer name, order subtotal, discount amount, order status, order date, and assigned sales representative. Merchants may enter sales representative names, email addresses, status, and commission rates.

How we use information

RepFlow uses merchant data to provide order attribution, sales rep management, commission calculations, monthly statements, historical order import, and app support. We do not sell merchant, customer, order, or sales representative data, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Data sharing

RepFlow only shares data with the service providers needed to host and operate the app — application hosting, database, logging, and infrastructure providers. These providers are used solely to deliver the service.

Data security

RepFlow stores merchant data in a database isolated by BigCommerce store hash. Access tokens and operational data are protected using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorised access, misuse, and loss.

Data retention

RepFlow retains data while the app is installed and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. When a merchant uninstalls RepFlow, the store record and its associated reps, orders, commissions, and app users are removed. Further deletion requests can be submitted through support.

Merchant choices

Merchants can update sales representative records, attribution settings, and commission settings inside RepFlow. Merchants may request data access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.
