Installation & User Guide

Installing RepFlow

  1. Find RepFlow in the BigCommerce App Marketplace and click Install.
  2. Review the requested permissions and confirm.
  3. RepFlow opens inside your BigCommerce control panel — there is no separate login to create.

RepFlow is free during launch. Every feature is included, for every store, with no time limit and no credit card.

Adding sales reps

Open Team Directory and add each rep with a name, email, and commission rate (a percentage between 0 and 100). Reps can be marked active or inactive — inactive reps stay on past orders and statements but can no longer be assigned to new ones.

Attributing orders

Orders placed after installation arrive automatically through BigCommerce webhooks and appear in the Order Inbox. Assign each order to a rep, or mark it as a direct sale so customer self-service orders do not distort rep totals.

Importing historical orders

Orders placed before you installed RepFlow are not sent by webhook. Use Import Historical Orders in the Order Inbox to pull them in, then assign them retroactively.

How commission is calculated

(Order subtotal − Discount amount) × Rep commission rate

Subtotal excludes tax. Cancelled and refunded orders are excluded from commission totals.

Monthly statements

Reports shows gross, paid, and outstanding commission per rep per month. Use Mark as paid once a commission has been settled, and export CSV for payroll or accounting reconciliation.

Adding other users

A store owner can grant other BigCommerce control-panel users access to RepFlow through the normal BigCommerce user permissions screen. Revoking a user's access in BigCommerce removes their access to RepFlow immediately.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling RepFlow from your control panel removes your store record along with its reps, orders, commissions, and app users. Export anything you need first.
